Frank Pauly Managing Director
Mr. Pauly is a corporate financier with in depth knowledge of M&A transactions, corporate finance and corporate advisory, gained as Director and Partner with Corporate Finance Boutique Hawkpoint Partners in London and Angermann & Partner in Germany. Prior to this, he was mandated to advise on structured financing in the FSU countries mainly in the oil and gas, metallurgic and telecom sectors by the German Ministry of Economy. With Treuhandanstalt, the state owned privatization agency for East Germany, he developed his corporate expertise through restructuring and divestment of portfolio companies in the oil & gas, power, water and chemical industry privatizing east German corporates.
Frank Pauly has a degree in banking and a university degree in business economics from University of Munich, Germany. He speaks German and English.
